This is a makeup tutorial on a client. Although I am late posting this Valentine’s Day look, you can still wear it on a date, or on a girl’s outing. I created this look using glitters from Lit Cosmetics. This glittery look demonstrates that you don’t have to wear plain colors for Valentines day! Spice it up a little!
